Christmas Day
We had a fun Christmas Day in Austin with Grandma and Grandpa. When Emily went to check out the fireplace with the stockings, she found that Santa had left her a little crumb of cookie for her to eat. She caught on to the whole stocking concept pretty quickly and loved looking in the stocking and ripping the paper off of the gifts that Santa had left. She got some great loot and will have fun playing with it all.
It took most of the day to open all of her gifts because she would get side tracked with playing with them and with taking a bit of a nap during the day. While she was sleeping, the adults were able to open our gifts.

Hi Emily,
We had a wonderful Christmas with you, your Daddy and Mommy, Your Uncle Dan and Aunt Christi along with Natasha and Sabrina.
It was so much fun watching you open your gifts and play with them.
Santa left you many fun things to play with -- you must have been a very good girl all year long.
Love,
Grandpa and Grandma
